Payment

You can pay using the following cards (no fee): Visa/Dankort, Dankort, eDankort, Visa, and Mastercard.

Payments are made in Danish kroner (DKK).

Payment information is encrypted in collaboration with NETS and transmitted securely via SSL connection to the bank.

Below is an overview of when payment is charged/invoice sent:

  • Purchases of e-books or audiobooks: Payment is charged immediately after you receive an email with an order confirmation and a download link to the product.
  • Purchases of pre-ordered products or custom orders with delivery times exceeding 7 days: Payment is charged immediately after you receive an email with an order confirmation.

 

Delivery Methods

All e-books and audiobooks can be downloaded immediately after purchase via the link provided in the order confirmation email or from Login > ‘My Books’.

 

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

 

30-Day Return and Withdrawal Policy for Private Purchases

Digital products can be returned within 30 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or is not in the process of being downloaded. You cannot withdraw a purchase where the download link has been used.

 

Complaints

The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies to purchases. Customers have a 2-year right to lodge complaints (Danish law). If you receive a defective product or similar, we ask that you lodge a complaint within a reasonable timeframe, after which we will address the issue as quickly as possible. If a complaint is made within two months of discovering the defect, it will always be considered timely.

We reserve the right to remedy any defects or send a replacement product.

 

Returns for Businesses or Public Institutions

Products purchased by businesses or public institutions/organizations are non-returnable.

 

Right to Appeal

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact our customer service. If no satisfactory resolution is reached, you can file a complaint with:

License Rights

When purchasing an e-book or audiobook, you receive a personal license. Reselling or transferring e-books or audiobooks is not permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is not shared with others. Any violation of the license rights may result in legal action. Different license rules apply to different products, which can be read about on our customer service page. All e-books are protected with either DRM or digital watermarking.

 

System Requirements

Using e-books and audiobooks requires specific software or hardware. It is your responsibility to acquire or install these. For more information, see our customer service page, which is regularly updated with the latest standards.

 

Privacy Policy

We take the protection of your data seriously and prevent any misuse while providing the best possible service to our customers.

  • Data is not shared with third parties
    Information from third parties is not sent to our customers. You can unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time. You can also request access to the information we have about you and object to it in accordance with the Danish Data Protection Act by contacting customer service. However, your email address may be shared with TrustPilot for review requests related to your purchase.

  • What information is collected?
    We collect information about you when you make a purchase or sign up for our newsletter. This information is stored to process your order effectively. We never access your credit card information, as it is encrypted and securely transmitted through NETS. Therefore, we do not store this information. Personal data is registered and stored for up to five years, after which it is deleted. The data controller is Anders Hyldig, CTO.
